How does it work?
All of our offerings share one foundation: creating a safe, easeful space where your nervous system can learn better options for movement and self-regulation without forcing, fixing, or pushing through pain. If this sounds counter-intuitive to you, you’re not alone. Unfortunately the “No pain, no gain” mindset has been so deeply engrained into our lives that it’s hard to imagine any positive change without a struggle. But when it comes to movement, posture, balance, and coordination, forcing change brings temporary improvements that need to be constantly reinforced through repetitive adjustments.
When your nervous system is pushed by external forces to change, it resists.
When your nervous system is gently taught to lean into its own intuitive movement instincts, it thrives.
Here’s how we do it:
Private Sessions for Adults
For adults dealing with pain, tension, postural issues, injury recovery, stress, or wanting more ease in movement, creativity, or presence.
What to expect:
You’ll arrive, chat briefly about how you’re doing and what feels important that day.
You’ll lie or sit comfortably on a table or mat, fully clothed.
Igor uses gentle touch and subtle movements to help your nervous system feel where effort can soften and where support can be clearer.
There’s no forcing, stretching, no need to analyze and look for problems.
For the most part
What people often notice afterward:
Less pain or tightness
Feeling taller, more centered, and more stable
Breathing that feels easier and fuller
Moving through everyday tasks with less strain (standing up, walking, reaching, etc.)
Private Sessions for Children
What to expect:
Sessions are playful and respect the child’s pace.
Igor works with light touch and small movements that help the child’s nervous system discover more comfortable, coordinated ways of moving.
Parents are welcome in the room and often learn simple ways to support their child between sessions.
What parents often notice:
Easier rolling, sitting, crawling, walking, or reaching
More comfortable posture and balance
Better self-regulation (less overwhelm, more ability to settle)
A sense of relief that their child is being supported, not “fixed” or pushed.
For babies and children with developmental delays, neurological conditions, or motor challenges, as well as children who simply seem uncomfortable in their bodies and need gentler support.
Zoom Classes
For anyone, anywhere who wants an easily accessible, affordable, low-pressure way to feel better in their body.
What to expect:
You’ll lie on a mat or comfortable surface at home.
Igor guides you through a series of small, comfortable movements using voice only.
You barely have to “do” anything; you just follow along at your own pace and range.
What people often notice:
Deep relaxation and nervous system downshifting
A surprising sense of lightness or alignment when they stand up
Gradual changes in posture, walking, and everyday ease over time
A practice they can return to when the “weight of the world” feels like too much.
