Stepping into your first Feldenkrais® private session or a group class is the beginning of a journey towards creating better movement habits and feeling at ease and at home in your body. As a Feldenkrais practitioner my goal is to meet you as you are and offer a gentle, personalized experience aimed at helping you connect with your body in new ways, releasing tension and discovering more ease and freedom of movement.
The Feldenkrais Method uses subtle gentle movements to create lasting changes without force. To fully enjoy these changes, I encourage you to avoid scheduling physically demanding or emotionally stressful activities right after the session. You don’t need to hold on to these positive changes through the effort of will, just allowing yourself time and space to take it easy is enough to integrate.
Private Sessions for Adults
In Person - $175 | Via Zoom - $125 | In Home - $250 (depending on travel)
An opportunity to customize the experience for adults dealing with pain, tension, postural issues, injury recovery, stress, or wanting more ease in movement, creativity, or presence.
What to expect in a session:
At the beginning we’ll discuss goals for the session and go over questions
Sessions are 1 hour long, first session is 1.5 hour to allow extra time to learn more about your goals, history, and answer questions
During a session you’ll lie in a comfortable position on a table, fully clothed.
There’s no forcing, stretching, or correcting
During the session I use gentle touch and subtle movements to help your nervous system naturally let go of tension and find easier ways to move.
The experience is customized to help you reach your goals and address specific concerns.
As the session continues, change happens naturally at an unconscious level, and you have an opportunity to relax and take a break from being in charge.
Throughout the session your feedback is always welcome and taken into account. (If position does not feel comfortable - we’ll adjust it, if some movement causes discomfort or simply rubs you the wrong way - I’ll find a way to work around that)

Moving through everyday tasks with less strain (standing up, walking, reaching, etc.)

Private Sessions for Children
In Person Only - $175
For babies and children with developmental delays, sensory issues, neurological condition, and motor difficulties, as well as children who simply seem uncomfortable in their bodies and need support in finding their way to ease and comfort.
What to Expect:
Sessions are playful and designed to meet each child where they are at - without force or imposition.
We’ll discuss issues and goals in advance (over the phone) to save time and avoid having that discussion in front of the child in case it may be triggering.
During a session, we’ll choose a position that is comfortable for the child (sitting or lying down) and use gentle touch to provide non-intrusive feedback to the child’s nervous system.
For younger children parents are encouraged to bring toys, snacks, books to keep the child happy and entertained.
What parents often notice:
Specific movements become easier: rolling, sitting, crawling, walking, or reaching
Child spontaneously starts doing a movement or tries and activity they couldn’t do before
Child overall feels more balanced and better coordinated.
Self-regulation improves (more grounded, more patient with oneself and others)
Zoom Classes
Online Only - $20
For adults, anywhere who want an easily accessible, affordable, low-pressure way to feel better in their body. Class is designed to accommodate people of various levels of fitness and ability. What to expect:
You’ll lie on a mat or comfortable surface at home.
Igor guides you through a series of small, easy to do movements
You are encouraged to prioritize your comfort over following directions by taking breaks, modifying or skipping movements.
At the end of the class there is time sharing and questions
