Why Talk About Feldenkrais in Daily life?

I believe that the Feldenkrais method offers a unique framework that sees each human as intelligent, independent, naturally developing individual. Not many other approaches treat a person fully respecting their intelligence, capacity to learn and heal, explore, and discover new skills, new states of being, new ways or relating to themselves and others. The message is simple if you explore what you already know in a way that increases awareness, you’ll discover new possibilities, naturally, effortlessly. This applies not just to physical movement - same attitude can seamlessly transfer to the way we deal with other aspects of our life - how we treat ourselves, and others, how we go about making choices, learning, teaching the list is endless. Of course the philosophy and principles of the method are not a cure all and answer to everything, but I believe that they can provide a viable alternative to other approaches that can be applied as desired by anyone who is interested to consider it. My hope that, these ideas become a welcome and appreciated alternative for areas of life where default, socially acceptable, approaches feel limited to an individual.
